A New Tecnique with a Traditional Material
This project develops a revolutionary dry wood construction system. The hallmark of the project, which includes new spaces dedicated to workshops, exhibition halls, and meeting rooms, captures the challenge of using this new system, consisting of a series of complex, broken, non-perpendicular lines. This project adds to an existing commercial building known for its harmony in both colors and arrangement. Show the video
Thermal and acoustic comfort
This project is composed of a series of interconnected elements, providing the best mechanical and thermodynamic finishes and excellent thermal and acoustic characteristics.
A modular system
A wooden roof allows multiple inclinations at different angles, while built-in wall alcoves offer open spaces between small gardens. Overhead natural lights (skylights) and interior partitions allow ample amounts of natural light to pour in, while also providing views of the surrounding mountains.
